How to Create ROS ACCOUNT
This is the way how to register without CP number.
1. Fill up this form Yandex Registration Form
After you're completely registered on Yandex.
2. You can now register on facebook using your email address you'd created in Yandex.
Open new tab and Register on Facebook
If you currently login on Facebook. You have to Log it out to show up the registration form on Facebook!
NOTICE: If your age is below 18. use fake Birth date ex: May 5, 1993 or (current year minus 18)
After you're completely registered on Facebook
3. Last Step :) Open back the tab of Mail Yandex and Refresh the page or Open Mail Yandex
You can now Confirm your account.
